My Creole’ family and I come from humble beginnings. Our parents continuously worked hard to be able to provide us with opportunities they did not have growing up, no matter how many times I may have fallen. God has blessed me with many talents only to bring me back to my family roots, cooking. In Southern Louisiana, it’s always about the cookin’ and the flavor! Yea, the one thing I could never forget or get rid of even if I tried. Cooking will run through my veins until I can’t taste anymore, I will always crave the Taste Fa Creole’.
